Chairmans Opening Remarks

|
The Chairman, Mr Wilf McLauchlan opened the Meeting, giving everyone a warm welcome.

The Minutes of the last Meeting for November 2006 were read and passed as a correct record on the motion of Mr Andy Dickson, seconded by Mr Ted Borthwick.

Annual Dinner 2007
|
|
|
|
The Secretary gave a report on availabilty of the speakers and the proposed bar tariffs for the dinner. At present, the speakers are John Htet Khin, John Robertson and Bert Allan. A resume of Guests intending to attend was given by Ian Richardson. Frank Morton then announced the various raffle prizes he has managed to get donated to the Club. All Tickets were available for collection at the end of the meeting
